Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was delightful overall. The rooms were lovely, well presented, and clean, but the heating turned off until early morning, and the staff weren't very helpful. The location was excellent, right on the waterfront, but having difficulties dining due to events was a bit inconvenient. The service was friendly, especially the bar staff, despite witnessing some arguments. The dining experience was good, although there were slight limitations on the menu options.
My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was spacious and comfortable, but there was some builder dust present. The staff went above and beyond, even surprising us with a suite upgrade and providing helpful service throughout our stay. The location was amazing, offering a lovely view of the Thames and convenient parking. However, we couldn't dine at the hotel due to a large Christmas party, and the breakfast was a bit disappointing with dry black pudding. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel had many positive attributes to offer.
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though not as spacious as depicted in the pictures and with a small bed, are kept to a high standard with a large TV. However, the temperature can be a bit too warm, and safety concerns arise from the window's accessibility. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with their friendliness and professionalism shining through. While the location is convenient for various purposes, the state of certain areas needs improvement. The dining experience is enjoyable, highlighted by great river views and well-cooked dishes, despite some limitations. Overall, a stay that balances comforts and challenges.
The hotel had a mixed experience with some positives like having a safe box and laptop box in the rooms but also some negatives including heating issues and subpar bedding quality. Service varied from unhelpful attitudes to great assistance, particularly from Cassie at the front desk. The location was convenient for traveling around London, offering some excellent room options with balconies. The dining service was slow and disorganized, with unsatisfactory food quality, and the parking posed challenges. Overall, a stay with both good and not-so-good aspects.
