The Clarendon Royal Hotel Gravesend, Gravesend

My stay at the hotel was delightful overall. The rooms were lovely, well presented, and clean, but the heating turned off until early morning, and the staff weren't very helpful. The location was excellent, right on the waterfront, but having difficulties dining due to events was a bit inconvenient. The service was friendly, especially the bar staff, despite witnessing some arguments. The dining experience was good, although there were slight limitations on the menu options.
